How It All Works


Before you consider joining and begin the program you should have a basic understanding of stress symptoms  click here

1. Fit Determination - Discovery

We start by determining if we are a good fit. We get a sense of your stress and stress level and ideal goal. We ask you be completely honest with us and all information shared is strictly kept confidential. We explain the program requirements in terms of your commitment needed and our role and agreed expectations. We also answer any quesions you have.
We have a quick 15-20 in call where you explain what you think your stressor is, effects on your life and what you have tried so far and deterine your commitment level to change. If a good fit we then start the onboarding upon receipt of payment an schedule our sessions together. Once onboarded we also provide you with our resource eBook that will be the structure we use.

3. Physical Wellness

This is fundamental before we can do changes. This is the necessary steps to support your brain before doing changes in other areas. We do  biohacks for the fundamental elements of  SLEEP, DIET, EXERCISE AND SELF CARE.

5. Wellness Area Continuation (Optional)

If beyond the three month program, you are free to continue to cover all eight wellness dimensions in our group program or repeat the process in individual coaching.


2. Preparation

We start right away by beginning to prepare your brain to make the necessary changes you are desiring. You are introduced to holistic health modalities,biohacks, quantum healing and stress management, as well as how your brain truly works. It is important for your brain to understand and be supported before we change your thinking and belief system that is not serving you.

4. Wellness Area Customization

Here if you want changes beyond basic physical wellness, you start to customize the wellness area of the eight wellness diensions. We look at stressors by doing assessments, start a customized roadmap, and do specific biohacks for the change you want.
To continue with physical wellness would be things like pain management, losing weight, increased stamina etc.

Along your journey you are supported with weekly or bi-weekly meetings. We may also add more quick check-ins to ensure the biohacks are working for you. It is important that even if you are shocked or astounded how fast the biohacks work that you continue with them for the set amount of allotted time. We are aiming for life-long sustainability! Your success is our success!

You, as a client, Your Role is to:
• Make our coaching sessions a priority. You have chosen to invest in yourself.

 - Please take time before each session to review what we have been working on.

- Please ensure any action steps or homework you decided on has been accomplished to the best of your ability.
The most crucial part is for you to have an idea of what you’d like to take away from the session.
Coaching is strongly based on the client’s agenda.

• Please arrive to every session on time.
• Come to your session centered and be open-minded. Be willing to change your beliefs and patterns if they do not serve you anymore.
• Provide feedback about your coaching experience –what works as well as what doesn’t. I am here to support you not judge you or make decisions for you. If something I say does not resonate with you, I want to know about it.

My Role
• I will listen closely to you, respond to what I hear and ask questions. I will guide you as your own guru by teaching you about holistic health, stress, and modalities used and answer questions, or help you find the answers within. My role is to also kee
p you accountable.
• At the end of the session, if you do not mention what actions you are ready to take, I will make a coach request.  This may include asking you to stretch yourself, deepen the work done, taking a defined action, or tackling things that feel incomplete etc.. You are free to negotiate, accept or decline. Most of the work will be in regards to self- awareness and powerful choice.


It is important you understand I am NOT a counsellor or licensed medical professional - this program should not replace  therapy with medical professionals if your doctor has deemed that necessary for your well-being, but can be complementary to therapy. 

Extra Time
• Between sessions, if you have questions, a brief update, or want to bounce some ideas around, please contact me by email. Please keep these contacts succinct. If it seems like it will be better served as session material, I’ll suggest that. If an intervention is needed - such as you are following the program but are struggling, I may request a session for an intervention purpose. Your success is important.

Schedule Changes
• Please give our session high priority and arrange your schedule to honor our agreed upon time. If you must reschedule, I ask you to give me 24 hours notice or as soon as you are able. I will not reschedule no-shows. Because I am holding an appointment for you and will be unable to fit another client in with less than 24 hours notice, a $50 session fee will be charged for sessions canceled at the last minute. Emergencies are an exception.


How Do I Know I am Ready For Coaching?

You are really feeling ready for change and to make a comitment to changing . You are aware things need to change for at least 3 months  and realize the costs not changing or the stress is causing .

How Much Time and Effort is Needed for Coaching to Be Effective?

The truth is is depends on your goals and challenges you're facing. It you have a big goal and lots of stressors in different wellness areas it may take more time, especially if unrelated or across dmensions, but not necessarily more effort because biohacks are used.
On average you can plan for an hour per day for the 3 month program but the hour is not all at one time. This is a fast track intensive! We are getting stress relief immediately PLUS  changing behaviour.
For the 10 month program you should aim for on average about half an hour to hour per day depending on biohacks.

Will This Coaching Program Help With Accountability?

Accountability is a big part of coaching. I have check-in's set up to make sure you are always moving towards progress.

What Type of Results Can I Expect?

Show up to sessions, do the powerwork (work between sessions) and ask for support when needed= you will get powerful, life-changing results. Don't do it or be committed and you should not expect results.It is that simple because the only one who can do the changes is you.I'm giving the tools you need and support but you must use them to get the results you want. 

Can I Just Sign Up For A Program Without a Discovery Session?

The discovery session is for both of us to decide if it's a good fit. You must  be ready for coaching and coachable,  and have a goals and challenges that I specialize in serving.

How Do I Know Hypnosis Will Work On Me?

We actually do self-hypnosis all the time without realizing it. The tracks we use are from certified professionals with decades of experience, plus have been personally tested. We can talk more about hypnosis if you have questions, plus we are using more than hypnosis in the program. We also do not just use hypnosis but a combination of hypnosis and NLP, plus other biohacks for results.

Can I Just Buy the Ebook and Do It Myself?

We prefer not to just sell the Ebook and you try it on your own for maximum success results as the eBook does not have coaching built into the pages, does not contain all the information, nor can it know when an intervention or change in approach is needed.

Can I Just Buy the Biohacking Tracks and Have Success?

You can definitely try, but as mentioned we are not ONLY using hypnosis/NLP tracks, but an entire range of biohacks for ultimate success. No one is guiding you either through assessments and a roadmap regarding progress and accountability if just buying tracks.
